The prices in real estate in Cavite City, in the Cavite region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Cavite City has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 24,112. In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 24,951 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 107 %, going from ₱ 24,531.5 to ₱ 26,318 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 122 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 25,424.75 to ₱ 31,029 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Cavite City (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price for March is ₱ 2,553,141. During April the price had a slight fall till ₱ 2,174,312. During the following two months (May, June) the average price had a considerable increase of 121 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 118 % during the last two months.

The properties with the highest average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 309 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 60,447 / m².
