The prices in real estate in Cavite City, in the Cavite region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Cavite City has fallen in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 26,072. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 22,416. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 24,244 to ₱ 23,232 per m². The price per m² has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 23,738 to ₱ 25,546.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Cavite City (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for September is ₱ 2,575,290. During October the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 2,138,481. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable reduction of 83 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 112 % during the last two months.
