The prices in real estate in Carcar, in the Cebu region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Carcar has fallen in the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 37,484. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 39,707. The price for the following two months in (July, August) decreased 90 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 85 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 36,750 to ₱ 31,198 during September, and October.
Based upon to the price in Carcar (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. In our first sample month during May, the average price is ₱ 2,203,520. In June This price remains at ₱ 2,173,704. During the following two months (July, August) the average price fell 86 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 85 %, going from ₱ 2,035,758.25 to ₱ 1,739,858 in September and October.
