The prices in real estate in Calamba, in the Laguna region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Calamba has increased during the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 42,124. In March this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 43,866 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 42,995 to ₱ 43,765 per m². The price per m² has increased 114 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 43,380 to ₱ 49,565.5 during June, and July.
Based upon to the price in Calamba (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The price in February is ₱ 6,451,504, rising in March till ₱ 6,950,985. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 6,701,244.5 to ₱ 6,551,020. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 111 % during the last two months.
