The prices in real estate in Calamba, in the Laguna region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Calamba has remained the same in the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 38,202. In August this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 38,355 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 38,278.5 to ₱ 37,721.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 114 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 38,000 to ₱ 43,148 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Calamba (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during July, the average price is ₱ 3,367,388. In August This price remains at ₱ 3,455,012. During the following two months (September, October) the average price had a considerable reduction of 82 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 121 % during the last two months.
