The prices in real estate in Bogo, in the Cebu region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Bogo has increased during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 34,448. In January this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 33,961 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 34,204.5 to ₱ 35,540.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 115 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 34,872.5 to ₱ 40,008.5 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Bogo (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for December is ₱ 1,819,238. During January the price had a slight fall till ₱ 1,649,050. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 1,734,144 to ₱ 1,707,932. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 119 % during the last two months.
