The prices in real estate in Antipolo, in the Rizal region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Antipolo has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 38,662. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 43,049. The price for the following two months in (November, December) decreased 94 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has increased 113 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 39,701.5 to ₱ 44,898.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Antipolo (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in September is ₱ 3,804,358, rising in October till ₱ 4,245,702. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 117 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 143 % during the last two months.
