The prices in real estate in Alcoy, in the Cebu region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Alcoy has increased during the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 39,457. In June this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 39,044 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 111 %, going from ₱ 39,250.5 to ₱ 43,678 per m². The price per m² has increased 111 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 41,464.25 to ₱ 46,083 during September, and October.
Based upon to the price in Alcoy (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during May, the average price is ₱ 1,842,805. In June This price remains at ₱ 1,847,152. During the following two months (July, August) the average price had a considerable increase of 128 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 120 % during the last two months.
