The prices in real estate in Alcoy, in the Cebu region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Alcoy has increased during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 36,123. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 40,246. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 38,184.5 to ₱ 39,250.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 113 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 38,717.5 to ₱ 43,678 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Alcoy (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during March, is ₱ 1,649,884. During April the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 1,983,639. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 1,816,761.5 to ₱ 1,844,978.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 129 % during the last two months.
