The prices in real estate in Alcoy, in the Cebu region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Alcoy has increased during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 35,399. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 33,212. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 111 %, going from ₱ 34,305.5 to ₱ 38,184.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 36,245 to ₱ 39,250.5 during May, and June.
Based upon to the price in Alcoy (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for January is ₱ 2,763,133. During February the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 1,637,640. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable reduction of 83 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 92 %, going from ₱ 2,008,574 to ₱ 1,844,978.5 in May and June.
