The average rent price in the San Pablo City region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in San Pablo City has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 148. The following month (December) the price had a considerable fall reaching ₱ 1 per m². In the following two months (January, February) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 419 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 131 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 193.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 253.3 per m² for the last two months (March, April).

During December it went through a strong rise reaching ₱ 59,880 The price in the following months (January, February) had a strong rise of 758 % going from ₱ 40,679 to ₱ 308,191. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 120 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 174,435 a ₱ 210,034.
