In December the price remains at ₱ 12,935. The average price for the following two months (January, February) rose from ₱ 12,935 to ₱ 13,908.5. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from ₱ 13,421.75 to ₱ 12,922 during March and April.
