The average rent price in the Pasay City region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Pasay City has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 1,083.87. The following month (November) the price had a considerable fall reaching ₱ 853.74 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 89 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has fallen 94 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 917.86 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 864.89 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Pasay City (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 43,780. During Novemberthe price had a strong fall till ₱ 34,999. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from ₱ 39,389.5 to ₱ 39,723.5. During the last two months the price has gone up 108 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 39,556.5 a ₱ 42,664.5 in February y March.
