The average rent price in the Pangasinan region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Pangasinan has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 337. The following month (November) the price rose to ₱ 379 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 181 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 72 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 502.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 361 per m² for the last two months (February, March).

During Novemberthe price had a strong fall till ₱ 50,296. In the following two months the average price has fallen 83 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 119 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 56,788.5 a ₱ 67,426.
