The average rent price in the Palawan region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Palawan has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 208.62. The following month (December) the price had a considerable fall reaching ₱ 142.91 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable fall of 53 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 27 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 134.29 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 35.78 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Palawan(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₱ 55,444. During December it went through a strong rise reaching ₱ 64,333 The price in the following months (January, February) had a strong rise of 132 % going from ₱ 59,888.5 to ₱ 79,268.5. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from ₱ 69,578.5 to ₱ 69,250 during March and April.

They are 87 % cheaper than the average price in Palawan followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 23,794. The most affordable properties have 3 bedrooms. They are 37 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at ₱ 38,493.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most expensive ones with a price of ₱ 144 / m² being ₱ 35.78 / m² the average for Palawan. The properties with the highest average price are those with 2 bedrooms. These are 741 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 1 bedroom with a price of ₱ 268 / m².

Based upon the average cost per m² the most expensive property type is "Commercial Lot with a an average price of ₱ 129 / m², followed by "Lot" with a price of ₱ 134 / m². "Lot" with an average price of ₱ 134 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "Commercial Lot" at a price of ₱ 129 / m².
