The average rent price in the Cagayan De Oro region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Cagayan De Oro has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 1,124.77. The following month (November) the price rose to ₱ 1,198 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 40 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 46 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 813.74 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 372.34 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Cagayan De Oro(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 78,262. In November the price remains at ₱ 81,300. In the following two months the average price has fallen 53 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 68 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 61,061 a ₱ 41,260.5.
The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones. They are 55 % cheaper than the average price in Cagayan De Oro followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 19,780. The most affordable properties have 1 bedroom. They are 45 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 2 bedrooms priced at ₱ 19,780.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most expensive ones with a price of ₱ 387 / m² being ₱ 332.26 / m² the average for Cagayan De Oro. The properties with the highest average price are those with 2 bedrooms. These are 2483 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 1 bedroom with a price of ₱ 787.72 / m².

With an average cost of ₱ 41,333 it is 56 % cheaper than the average in Cagayan De Oro. This is followed by "Lot" with a cost of ₱ 18,154. The most affordable property type is "House" and is 55 % cheaper than the average, followed by "Condominium" with a cost of ₱ 18,268.
Based upon the average cost per m² the most expensive property type is "Townhouse with a an average price of ₱ 363 / m², followed by "Lot" with a price of ₱ 372 / m². "House" with an average price of ₱ 387 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of ₱ 378 / m².
