The average rent price in the Bohol region has had a slight fall in recent months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Bohol has fallen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 255.98. The following month (November) the price rose to ₱ 287.09 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 81 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has fallen 90 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 245.69 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 221.22 per m² for the last two months (February, March).

During Novemberthe price had a slight fall till ₱ 121,577. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 134 % going from ₱ 129,531.5 to ₱ 174,121. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 79 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 151,826.25 a ₱ 120,668.5.
