The average rent price in the Bohol region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Bohol has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During March, the average price per m² was ₱ 184.9. The following month (April) the price had a considerable rise reaching ₱ 233.66 per m². In the following two months (May, June) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 137 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has fallen 95 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 247.6 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 234.62 per m² for the last two months (July, August).
When referring to the price in Bohol(region), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average rent price in March is ₱ 114,073. In April the price rose to ₱ 121,239. In the following two months the average price has fallen 64 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 154 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 96,768.25 a ₱ 148,787.
