The average rent price in the Batangas City region has had a slight fall in recent months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Batangas City has fallen in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 157.59. The following month (December) the price had a considerable fall reaching ₱ 101 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through a rise of 110 % in the rent price per m² rising from ₱ 129.29 to ₱ 142 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 116 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 135.65 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 157 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Batangas City(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. November has an average price of ₱ 56,367. During Decemberthe price had a strong fall till ₱ 41,866. In the following two months the average price has fallen 40 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 164 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 34,365 a ₱ 56,310.
