The rent prices in real estate in Trece Martires, in the Cavite region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Trece Martires has fallen during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 586.77. In April this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 586.77 per m². The price for the following two months in (May, June) fell 91 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has had a considerable fall of 85 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 561.19 to ₱ 476.43 during July, and August.
When referring to the price in Trece Martires (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during March, the average price is ₱ 79,796. In April This price remains at ₱ 79,796. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 79,796 to ₱ 80,231.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 368 % during the last two months.
