The rent prices in real estate in Tanauan, in the Batangas region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Tanauan has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 488. In the following month the price per m² rose considerably to ₱ 692. In the following two months the price per m² has risen 112 %, going from ₱ 590 to ₱ 663.5 per m². The price per m² has fallen 90 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 626.75 to ₱ 565.5 during June, and July.
When referring to the price in Tanauan (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The rent price in February is ₱ 59,255, rising in March till ₱ 66,623. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 62,939 to ₱ 64,444.5. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 90 %, going from ₱ 63,691.75 to ₱ 57,090 in June and July.
