The rent prices in real estate in Silang, in the Cavite region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Silang has barely changed in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 402.1. In the following month the price per m² fell considerably to ₱ 315.96. The price for the following two months in (April, May) had a considerable rise of 128 %. The price per m² has risen 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 408.7 to ₱ 434.96 during June, and July.
When referring to the price in Silang (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during February, is ₱ 73,042. During March the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 89,067. During the following two months (April, May) the average price had a considerable fall of 83 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 89 %, going from ₱ 74,330 to ₱ 66,085.5 in June and July.

At a price of ₱ 68,030 they are 78 % more affordable than the average price for Silang . The properties with the highest average price have 4 bedrooms, Their price is 98 % more expensive than the average. After that we have properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 67,673.
With regard to the average price per m², those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones at a cost of ₱ 407 / m², with an average ₱ 415.15 / m² price in Silang. The properties with the most expensive average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 23 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 474 / m².

At an cost of ₱ 68,030 it is 66 % more affordable than the average price in Silang. "Villa" is seen as the second most affordable property type. The most expensive property type is "Condominium" followed by "Lot". At a price of ₱ 106,551 it is 77 % more expensive than the average price.
According to the average cost per m², the most affordable property is "Condominium" at an average price of ₱ 144 / m² followed by "Lot" priced at ₱ 232 / m². "Villa" is the most expensive type of property with a ₱ 539 / m² value followed by "House" with an average price of ₱ 434 / m².
