The rent prices in real estate in Silang, in the Cavite region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Silang has fallen during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 392.22. In November this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 378.96 per m². The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable fall of 82 with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 351.34 to ₱ 336.38 during February y March
When referring to the price in Silang (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is ₱ 96,909. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 114,769. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 223 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 170,696.75 to ₱ 110,647, which means a 65 % fall.
