The rent prices in real estate in Porac, in the Pampanga region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Porac has fallen during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 386.19. In the following month the price per m² rose considerably to ₱ 447.3. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 416.74 to ₱ 415.62 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable fall of 66 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 416.18 to ₱ 275.67 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Porac (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is ₱ 30,667. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 40,875. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 194 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 230 % during the last two months.
