The rent prices in real estate in Pasig, in the Metro Manila region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Pasig has fallen during the last 6 months. In August, the average price per m² was ₱ 580.75. In September this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 564.46 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 572.6 to ₱ 562.29 per m². The price per m² has fallen 94 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 567.45 to ₱ 532 during December, and January.
When referring to the price in Pasig (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during August, is ₱ 37,981. During September the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 52,949. During the following two months (October, November) the average price fell 86 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 42,395.25 to ₱ 27,353.5, which means a 65 % fall.

With regard to the average price per m², those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones at a cost of ₱ 321.08 / m², with an average ₱ 505.86 / m² price in Pasig. The properties with the most expensive average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 6 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 467.13 / m².

"Apartment" is the most expensive type of property with a ₱ 1,199.11 / m² value followed by "House" with an average price of ₱ 674.32 / m².
