The rent prices in real estate in Pasig, in the Metro Manila region have fallen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Pasig has had a strong fall during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 694.52. In the following month the price per m² rose to ₱ 731.15. The price for the following two months in (June, July) had a considerable fall of 74 with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has fallen 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 620.84 to ₱ 580.4 during August, and September.
When referring to the price in Pasig (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during April, the average price is ₱ 38,891. In May This price remains at ₱ 40,419. During the following two months (June, July) the average price fell 85 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 36,740 and ₱ 36,148 between August and September.

With regard to the average price per m², those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones at a cost of ₱ 426.73 / m², with an average ₱ 632.45 / m² price in Pasig. The properties with the most expensive average prices have 2 bedrooms. They are 5 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 1 bedroom with a price at ₱ 661.14 / m².
