The rent prices in real estate in Pasig, in the Metro Manila region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.

The price for the following two months in (November, December) fell 87 % with regard to the previous two months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 700.6 to ₱ 644.81 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in Pasig (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for September is ₱ 75,199. During October the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 55,477. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable fall of 72 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 56,181.5 to ₱ 37,607.5, which means a 67 % fall.
