The rent prices in real estate in Pampanga, in the Pampanga region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Pampanga has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 311. In the following month the price per m² rose considerably to ₱ 877. In the following two months the price per m² has risen 106 %, going from ₱ 594 to ₱ 632 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable fall of 19 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 613 to ₱ 115.5 during November, and December.
When referring to the price in Pampanga (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during July, is ₱ 36,594. During August the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 47,513. During the following two months (September, October) the average price had a considerable fall of 77 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 110 % during the last two months.
