The price per m² in Manila has barely changed in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 713.8. In October this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 732.61 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 723.21 to ₱ 724.91 per m². The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 724.06 to ₱ 711.93 during January y February
When referring to the price in Manila (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for September is ₱ 33,780. During October the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 27,442. During the following two months (November, December) the average price fell 93 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 86 %, going from ₱ 29,603.5 to ₱ 25,394.5 in January and February.
