The price per m² in Davao City has barely changed in the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was ₱ 560.37. In the following month the price per m² rose to ₱ 603.01. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 581.69 to ₱ 589.29 per m². The price per m² has fallen 89 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 585.49 to ₱ 521.63 during March, and April.
When referring to the price in Davao City (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during November, the average price is ₱ 33,349. In December This price remains at ₱ 32,756. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 33,052.5 to ₱ 34,568.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 112 % during the last two months.
