The rent prices in real estate in Davao, in the Davao City region have fallen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Davao has had a strong fall during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 329. In May this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 329 per m². The price for the following two months in (June, July) had a considerable fall of 53 with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has risen 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 252 to ₱ 268 during August, and September.
When referring to the price in Davao (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during April, the average price is ₱ 37,761. In May This price remains at ₱ 37,761. During the following two months (June, July) the average price had a considerable fall of 45 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 27,329.5 and ₱ 26,579.5 between August and September.
