During May the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 60,000. During the following two months (June, July) the average price had a considerable rise of 120 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 46,528.5 to ₱ 20,330, which means a 44 % fall.
