The rent prices in real estate in Biñan, in the Laguna region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Biñan has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In June, the average price per m² was ₱ 153.79. In the following month the price per m² rose to ₱ 167.17. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 160.48 to ₱ 152.75 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 191 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 156.61 to ₱ 298.49 during October, and November.
When referring to the price in Biñan (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for June is ₱ 60,333. During July the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 49,333. During the following two months (August, September) the average price had a considerable rise of 115 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 172 % during the last two months.
