The rent prices in real estate in Antipolo, in the Rizal region have fallen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this city.

The price for the following two months in (November, December) fell 85 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has had a considerable fall of 73 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 773.97 to ₱ 568.39 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in Antipolo (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for September is ₱ 80,154. During October the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 62,101. During the following two months (November, December) the average price fell 92 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 106 % during the last two months.
